You Will Love
Kitchen and Dining
Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and induction cooktop. All the essentials, and a few luxuries, like a Nespresso coffee machine, for your perfect South Coast holiday.
Seabreeze on Irene Living
Bamboo flooring throughout the lounge, dining and kitchen areas and a large reverse cycle split system air conditioner to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
The lounge features a flat-screen television and Blu-ray player, allowing you to bring your favourite films (a library of DVDs and books is also available for rainy days). We provide complimentary WiFi.
Light-Filled Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bedside cabinets and built-in robe. The second bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. We provide bed linen (just bring your beach towels!), and a second air conditioner in the corridor keeps the bedrooms comfortable too!
Flex Room
Irene's third bedroom just got flexible. The built-in cabin bed is still there, about 10cm shorter than a single, same width, and still the first bed the kids fight over. But the bunks and trundle are gone, replaced with a new IKEA day bed that does a lot more
Push it together for a king. Pull it apart for two singles. Add a mattress on the floor and you've got sleeping for three without anyone missing out (we've tested every configuration, it's comfortable no matter how you set it up). Leave it as a day bed and this room doubles as a second lounge, TV included.
However your crew needs it, this space flexes to fit.
Two Bathrooms
Both bathrooms have been renovated and feature a toilet, shower, vanity, and exhaust fans. The main bathroom has a bath for the kids.
We provide towels, hand towels and bath mats, so you just need to bring a beach towel.
Outdoor Living
Modernised front deck where you can watch the sun go down.
There's a tiled alcove on the side of the house that's a cool space on a hot day and great for evening BBQs.
The rear yard offers a quiet place to sit, or somewhere for the kids to run around. The perfect dog friendly accommodation on the South Coast.

Batehaven IGA, newsagents, a range of restaurants and cafes, butchers and more.
Batemans Bay is only 4km away also has Aldi, Woolworths, Coles and more.
Batehaven boasts several restaurants, including Bernys Fish and Chips, Heat Woodfired Pizza, and Crumb Cafe. The Catalina Club and all the Batemans' Bay eateries are only minutes away.

Shopping And Markets
Batehaven IGA and Batehaven Bakehouse are a short stroll away, along with Batehaven Newsagent, a range of take aways and coffee shops and healthcare amenities.
Golf
The picturesque Catalina Country Club is located about 2.1 km or 4 min drive from the house and boasts a 27 hole championship golf course.
Surf the Bay
The best place to learn surf and stand up paddle boarding on the South Coast. (Owned and operated by local school teachers!)
Fishing
Lots of local fishing. Flathead, bream and tailor are abundant and can be caught from a drifting boat on soft plastic lures and fresh and live bait. There are also several jetties and break-walls that provide shore-based anglers with good access to fishy water.
Bell's Family Carnival
Bell's carnival The carnival at Batehaven is close enough to walk to, but you won't hear it from the house!
Located at Corrigan's Beach, you'll find dagwood dogs and fairy floss, lots of fun rides for all ages, with the giant slide and of course the big one - the Ferris wheel!
There are often fireworks on New Year's Eve, so take care of your pets (we're dog-friendly, so you can bring them with you).
